If you have an R4 DSi card and a DSi, now things will be easier. What you need to do is insert the microSD card into the card reader and then connect with your computer. Click start button and select My Computer option. Open its root directory and download the latest R4i firmware. Drag the expand files into the root directory of the microSD card.
Right-click and select the New Folder option then name the new folder GAMES. Drag the backup game files into the GAMES folder. After all the files finished backup, insert the R4i Card into the DSi system. Turn on the system and select the game you wish to load from the R4i menu and you did it.
